My case was complicated, move away parent against a stay-at-home mom who wasn't focused on the well being of our daughter and had every excuse in the book. Over 2 yrs of hearings and declarations came down to a 3 day trial which at the end was won. Mr. Bender remained steadfast and dedicated to my case and definitely proved she was not the better parent. Due to the facts presented and the way they were presented the judgment also stood up on appeal. Highly recommended.

If you have to step in and speak for yourself to a judge with an attorney by your side...and then the judge honors your request.....well why would you hire this attorney? Not aggressive, still a newbie dont use Bender and Bender if you have a complex case or if you are a military wife. This office will favor your ex if they are military...military protect their own syndrome.

Mike is a great, knowledgeable and experienced attorney. He represented me and is a second generation lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone for his calm competence and courtroom manner.
