If you are reading this review, chances are you’re in the same position I was in a few months ago. You’re scared & worried, and you’re searching for a rock-star attorney to help with your impending criminal case. Well, look no further, Parwana is the real-deal! Never even having one brush-in with the law my entire life prior, I suddenly found myself in a dangerous situation. After an incident that was blown out of proportion, I was arrested for felony domestic violence/assault. As a single parent, if convicted, I faced not only jail time, but also losing my job and custody of my children. I began scouring the internet, looking up reviews for the best criminal defense attorney in the area. There were a few other lawyers that popped up before Parwana, but for some reason, I was drawn to her. The reviews were excellent, but the fact she was a former prosecutor for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, where she gained tons of trial experience, was even more appealing to me. Working on the opposite side of the law, she prosecuted cases like mine for years, and I felt confident she knew exactly how both sides of the legal system worked. I called Parwana to set up a consultation, and after talking to her and explaining the situation, I retained her services the same day. A few phone calls, and email exchanges later, Parwana contacted the DA’s office and submitted evidence for the case on my behalf. Approximately 1 week later, she received a response back from the DA. The DA was not going to press any charges against me, and the case was dismissed! This was the best possible outcome, and I was thrilled! I never had to meet Parwana in person, and because the case was dropped before my scheduled court date, I didn’t have to appear in court. It was that easy! Unfortunately, a few months later, I was arrested again, and found myself facing felony criminal charges a second time. I knew just the person to call, and I contacted Parwana right away. This time around, I met with her in person to go over all the details. Even though my prior case was dismissed, she explained this time would be a bit more challenging because the DA’s office would most likely have my last case file fresh on their minds. She made no promises on the outcome, but did assure me she would try her best to keep the punishment to a minimal. Shortly after our meeting, Parwana again submitted my case information to the DA’s office in attempt to at least get the charges reduced prior to my scheduled court date. And, again about 1 week later, the DA responded. I was absolutely shocked when Parwana told me that the DA was NOT going to file any charges, and due to lack of evidence, the case was dismissed! Parwana pulled it off twice! She is a miracle worker, and I am forever grateful for what she has done for me. This has been the hardest year of my life, yet it could’ve been so much worse. With the help of Parwana and her expertise, she saved me from what could have been two life ruining events. Parwana does not disappoint. You can’t afford to NOT hire her!

Parwana is talented, period! She has excellent verbal skills, she is honest with her clients, and goes above and beyond when the timing is right. Most attorneys will sugar coat their perspective, however Parwana stays focus on the task at hand and takes it one step at a time until the job is well done.
