Kiki was amazing. She was proactive with my case. Kiki always make sure I was comfortable with every step we did and gave me the pros and cons as we discussed our next step. Before anything was submitted she had me review and any questions I had she explained them in details. Kiki response time was amazing with any email or phone calls.
