We contacted Debbi to assist with a complicated lease negotiation. The land lord originally wanted us to sign a lease that held us liable for things that the land lord legally were liable for, such as ADA compliance of the space. Debbi negotiated on our behalf for fair liability clauses and even got 2 months rent free at the beginning of the lease. We are very pleased with the outcome and her patience and professionalism along the way.
