I have consulted with Mr. Batista several times in the past 2 years. He was always professional and kind. When I needed him to testify in my case this past January, Mr. Batista came to court voluntarily and testified on my behalf. He said he would testify and he did. I can't thank him enough for the legal advice and kindness he gave to me. I highly recommend him. I have seen one Trust written by Mr. Batista and it was very thorough. I would hire him in the future.

Mr. Batista worked on a family Trust issue and had enough foresight to prepare a document (that he did not charge for) that would later prove incredibly beneficial to ensure that a future family trust conflict would have a voice.
