I took the help of Tripti Sharma for changing my Visa from H1B to F1. My case was complex since I had I140, thus making a move to F1 tricky. I interacted with her over phone about 5 to 6 times spanning over a period of 6 months. My visa process eventually went smooth and I was able to get my F1 visa. Typical process: Before a call with tripti, I do a search of all the questions I had on the internet and have a basic idea. At the end of every conversation of 30 minutes, I had more clarity on my case every time. She was genuine with her answers, explaining the possibilities. I did interact with few more attorneys. Most of them were good but i felt Tripti was genuine with her answers and extremely sincere at her work.

She is knowledgeable in her field. Prepare your questions and she will try her best to answer. I had a good experience talking to her.

Dont go by the reviews on Avvo, she is best at giving no useful advice. My husband hired her for a 30 minute call in which she was not helpful and only twisted her answers as if she is doing a favor by being at the call for which she is being paid! Unprofessional! we tried writing a review at Avvo but the attorney gets to contest bad reviews on that website so our review was not posted. Please check reviews on yelp before you hire this attorney. Please look at her answers on Avvo and compare that to answers from other attorneys, you will be able to tell the difference.

I am on H1B visa and I wanted to hire an attorney who can help me file my own H1B visa through my own corporation. I had done consult with 4 different attorneys prior to hiring Tripti and I am glad I hired Tripti. Tripti guided me through the whole process of how to structure the entity and to apply for my own visa. The attorney's I had spoken to before did not even to want to try my case because it was too complicated but Tripti took on the challenge and saw it through. I can't Tripti enough for helping me become my own boss.

The most important aspect of getting a customer/person to work with you is making them feel comfortable so that they can feel safe and trust you. You lack that ethic to the core. You feel people unwelcome and that brings in the rude profiling to your behavior, i hope you understand that and correct it. Thank you for making me write this.

Rude and misbehaved. answer superficially, always incomplete. Dont waste time with her. even in the Avvo website she never answered a single question with useful information. Only thing she ask is hire attorney.

She is not worth your money, total lack of knowledge and just looking for money. I would never recommend this to a friend. Stay away from her
