I have used Bisnar and Chase twice now, both for car accidents. Each time I received a fair settlement and honestly received more than I expected. The entire team of Bisnar and Chase were professional, courteous and friendly. The paralegals there are top notch! I cannot express enough how much I appreciated the constant communication from them and how they explained things I didn't understand in such a way that I could. Will I ever use them again? I only hope not to get into another car accident ever so that I don't have to, but I will definitely use them if I do (knock on wood I don't). I do not recommend this firm and do not trust them because the way their legal assistant mislead me for 7 months by telling me I am covered under my own insurance policy which in fact I was not. Did not see any lawyer in 7 months and did not get any legal advise except the legal assistant misrepresentation , because of that I am $45000 in debt. Yesterday I was fortune to see one of their attorney,Mr.L.to talk about my case, our meeting did not last more than 2 minutes because he was accusing and threating me that I hollered at his legal assistant before even we get introduced( which I did not and have 2 witness) but he did not let me talk and was telling me I don't care what you say, I don't care with you think repeatedly. He was very rude and arrogant so I just had to leave his office without any result. So don't think big law firm is going to product you. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE.!!!!!!!!

September 15, 2012, I was T-Boned by a lady at 45 miles an hour, who was busy "adjusting her GPS" instead of watching where she was going. Needless to say the next few moments were very important. After thanking God that I was not paralyzed, I made sure that after I called my wife that the second call was going to be to Bisnar & Chase. I am familiar with this fine law firm because both my wife and daughter were in a car accident in 2008 and Bisnar & Chase came to our aid. From all the staff to Mr Bisnar himself, they came through for me as they did for my family 5 years ago. The outcome of my case was more than I expected. If your case is not a money maker, they'll pass it off to a "partner" law firm that won't work it at all. Their bottom cases go to the bottom feeders.
