These guys were absolutely professional and kept me involved and updated with what was going on with my case. AAA had offered me $5k at the beginning but Steve Counts was able to secure me a $100k settlement. All my medical expenses were paid for and I was left with no out of pocket fees. Great experience with Russell & Lazarus. After the car accident I was still in much pain and Chris Russell helped me find the medical team I needed to correctly diagnose and treat my injuries. This great team answered all my phone calls, followed up on all paperwork, worked professionally and as expediently as possible to bring my case to a conclusion with full payout of my insurance. Regarding an inquiry for a medical malpractice suit I called the office and was immediately connected with Mr. Steven Counts. I provided him with details of my experience and promptly Mr. Counts advised me that while they do not handle malpractice cases he recommend an attorney. Spoke with Marc on the phone this morning about an insurance claim where the insurance company was giving me the run around after their client had already been found to be 100% at fault after arbitration. He was not able to take my case on as a client, due to the small amount of the claim (less than $1000), but did give some great advice that got me a call back from the adjuster (who had been not returning calls or answering his phone) within the hour.
