We are so grateful for Marc and his team. They have been so supportive, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. His professionalism, experience and team have given us complete feeling of trust, and minimalized our stress. This experience could have been so confusing, stressful, depressed, mad, frustrating, but within a few days, my girlfriend and I almost teared up chatting about how safe and confident we feel! He gave us a plan, set us up with his staff for their specialties, advised us of what we need to do to get ourselves better. They have guided us and are reachable when we have questions, and after every call, we feel confident! I'd have given up if we had to deal with the insurance companies on our own.
