Very efficient family trust planning and setup, Mr. Alavi explains everything so clear and sufficient in the first time face to face talk. The legal assistance Ms. Leanne Bechtel is quite productive for the following questions, paper work draft and final signature.

My experience with Max Alavi setting up my living trust was excellent! The process was super easy and Leanne was very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a lawyer to set up your trust I highly recommend Max.

Good job. Fair priced. Max completed my living trust quickly because I was in escrow in Palm Springs, and I needed to add the property into my trust before closing the escrow. Max answered all of my questions thoroughly without a lot of legal jargon. What else could you ask for? However, the firm's Newport Beach location cost me about half an hour, with having to circle around Bristol Street multiple times. The Google map location needs to be addressed. Maybe, a "link" in your advertisements or a photo of the building could have helped. Otherwise, excellent attorney and law firm - no problem at all. Highly recommend!

Perfect job and friendly

My wife was researching lawyers that specialize in trust and wills, she showed me Max Alavi’s website and said she liked it and feels like that’s the one we should go with. She made the right choice the whole process went quick and was a lot easier then I imagined. Everyone was nice to us and helpful. His legal assistant Leanne really knows her stuff she never made us feel like we were a bother when we had a question. Max is a very personable guy we felt really comfortable around him he’s very nice and helpful. We had a specific request and he took care of it gave us exactly what we asked for. I highly recommend this office if your looking for someone to prepare or update your trust and will.

Had a great experience with Leanne at Max Alvin OC Trusts Lawyer. Their flexibility and attention to detail was top notch. I highly recommend them for Estate planning and Trusts etc.

Fully admit they are unqualified to continue the case but took it away. Unauthorized spending. Look at the motions to remove clients. Horrible. Max states the community of attorneys is more important for his business. He promised to take the case himself but that was completely false. Waste of time and money, etc. I don’t know how many clients there are but you can see a pattern, Demand a refund.

Very Unprofessional. Hired Max to Expedite a Trust for our mother. Unfortunately, she passed away a few days later. Max Alavi was not even willing to give a Partial Refund. I guess they don’t teach Compassion and Morals in Law School.

Danielle was a pleasure to talk with. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very nice. I was kind of nervous going in, but she quickly put me at ease. If it hadn’t been for my good friend and beneficiary, this would probably never have gotten done.
