I have a case with them the attorney never called even once and the ratings agreement signed and they accepted the representation and the attorney never called or discussed the case and no follow up only her case manager Janna texted me and emailed that they dropped case in the middle, not recommended at all as even calling the office to get my file or speak to someone they put me on hold and then dropped call worst customer service ever and no respect at all
