It was first time ever applying for a workers compensation. I was assisted by Michelle and Sheila. They answered all my questions , which made me feel more comfortable with this process. Both speak Spanish and are very kind.

Erik Sanchez legal assistant demonstrated an outstanding verbal and written communication with my case. He always kept on top of my case going through every detail possible to make the transitions easier for me. He listened carefully, asks perceptive questions, and quickly comprehends new or highly complex matters. He implements highly effective and often innovative communication methods. Sir Erik displays very good verbal skills, communicating clearly and concisely. I give it a 5 starts if you need someone to help out with your case I definitely recommend you get his help.

I just retained this Law Office this week, hopefully it's a good one. I am giving it a 5 star for now since the girl I spoke with actually took the time to hear me and listen too me when no other office did. It was very frustating and depressing working at my last job and I am glad I can finally do something about it. I can't believe the nerve on other offices rushing me to hurry up and sign before providing quality information. I will come back and re_review this firm if I am not happy. I called for a consultation after reading reviews on here and I spoke to Michel. She was nice and helpful. Definitely answered all my questions. Even though I'm not ready to sign I want to say thanks for answering all my questions you really made me feel at peace. I will definitely consider hiring this attorney if my boss don't get with the program.

I was initially impressed at there enthusiasm regarding my case. but once they got all my paperwork and information it was very difficult to get a hold of the legal assistant/secretary's (as i had 3 different girls). I understand they are busy but the standard recorded response is "I will return your call within the next 24 hours." I used to work in an office and it was busy but no one I worked with was ever too busy to return a call the SAME DAY. So I was held up by my personal issues and all and all they did a good job of fighting for my best interests. Everything was done on the phone except my deposition which was done at their office down in Irvine. Beautiful office and very comfortable. Out of a 1- 10 scale I would rate their overall performance at 5 to 6 tops. the most helpful and responsive person I dealt with was Terry my ending lawyer which did all the negotiating for us. He did an excellent job and I had no trouble getting a hold of him.

After having to put up a big fight with suck ungodly people.. The Alvandi Law group was extremely helpful and trustworthy...
