The insurance company was unresponsive because my plastic car bumper is flexible, so when this lady rear-ended me while I was stopped at a red light, my car didn't have obvious exterior damage. Its not fair to anyone that a company can insure horrible drivers and then not want to pay the victims for their injuries and lost wages. At the end of 2022, I was T-Boned and my car was totaled. This accident shook me up quite a bit. On top of that I was extremely overwhelmed with other things going on in my life.
