I was in a car accident late last year when a car in the freeway lane next to me crossed over without warning, causing me to rear end him (luckily I have a Tesla and have sentry mode always active during driving). After spending some time looking through various law office in the area, I reach out to a few to have an initial consultation to see who I wanted to retain. I could have gone with other larger firms, but based on my initial consultation, the impression I got from my interaction with them was that I would have mostly dealt with the case manager and not directly with the lawyer. I appreciated the personal touch he provided throughout the process where I was able to talk directly with Phil whenever I needed to. Chloe, the case manager, was always on top of things to reach out to me to coordinate appointments. At the end of it all, Phil was able to get me a great settlement from the other driver’s insurance. Tomaron mi caso el 25 de mayo 2022 y hace 2 horas me llama una representante llamada Stephanie para decirme que desafortunadamente el abogado no seguirá mi caso yo fui lesionada y nesito ayuda por que no siguió mi caso? Por ser LGBQ? solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo desde un principio hubieran dicho que no para buscar ayuda con otros que si son profesionales. No me dieron ni una sola razón fundamental por que rechazo mi caso.
