I hired Scott Eadie as my worker's comp attorney around 2005. While Scott seems to be a trustworthy attorney, he leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to responding to phone calls. I normally have to call 3 to 4 times before he will call me back. I was told by my workers comp doctor that when a procedure is rejected by the insurance company it is my responsibility to file a appeal. My attorney never told me that and now I have to wait a year to request the physical therapy my doctor recommended. Nice guy but he will not fight for you or return your calls. If you are looking for a good workers compensation attorney, call someone else.

Having Mr. Eddie as council was a bad choice in the end for me. After many unanswered phone calls and excuses on why he was delayed in getting back to you I began to get worried. Then at a court date he just never showed up! Real classy. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

I also highly recommend Mr Eadie. He is a very smart professional attorney. I also previously had another attorney previously represent me. I can tell you there is a huge difference between an attorney who is aggressive and knowledgeable, which is what Mr Eadie is, as appose to one that is not. I would recommend Mr Eadie to anyone who is looking to hire a work comp attorney.

I had a difficult, complex case. Scott took it over from another lawyer who seemed like he worked for the other side. I bounced that dud and found Scott. He attacked like a junk yard dog that went to an excellent law school. In court I found the Court respected him and his examination of me comprehensive and thorough. There are not many like Scott left. I was a paralegal for several years and knew many attorneys. I determined that most of what people say about them ars true. Scott is an exception to this perception and is a rare breed in his field. Hard-working, trustworthy and extremely capable. I unqualifiably recommend this man. Oh, by the way, he got me everything I expected and became a friend.
