Found this firm through Google search to handle my lemon case. They are based in Orange County and I’m in the Bay Area. Yes, you can do lemon cases yourself but if the experts are there and they don’t cost you anything, why not? We had a few hiccups in the beginning of the process between the changing of hands on my case and communication dropped off but once my new case manager (Stephanie) took over, it was smooth sailing once again. A lot of the slowness of the process is on the manufacturer side but I was given a good timeline of events from the beginning so I know what to expect. I would recommend JAG to anyone who has a question on whether or not they want to pursue or to help you get to finish line with your lemon.
