These guys lied to get my money then lied and deceived me and my family more then stole over $50 Thousand dollars from us It’s been one the most horrible experiences of our lifetime. We strongly advise NEVER doing business with Saunders and associates.

It’s nearly impossible to talk to someone after 3 months of consistently calling and calling and calling. They will seriously just take your money and say to you “they are not in the office, they will call you by the end of day, no one is available we will have someone call you back, everyone is busy can you leave a message”

Unresponsive and Un professional My experience with this law firm has been incredibly frustrating. After signing a contract and paying the required fee, the firm has been completely unresponsive. I've been trying to contact them for over a 2 months without success. My calls and emails go unanswered, and when I manage to speak to someone at the front desk, they keep saying we will have someone reach out to you. Initially, they assured me that my case was straightforward and would be completed within 30-45 days. Now, it's well past that timeframe, and I can't even get the process started because they won't communicate. I strongly advise against using using these irresponsible people. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. They take your money and forget about you. All they do is give you empty promises and won’t deliver.

My dealings with this law firm have been nothing short of a nightmare. They had me sign a contract and took my payment, but after that, they completely disappeared. Do not trust this law firm. They are unresponsive and unprofessional.

If you are a vendor that is considering working with this firm, I highly suggest you think twice. Our company provided staffing services and we were not paid after multiple attempts to speak with Vasili Papas and Gary Saunders. We were even willing to discuss a payment plan (in the event money was tight) but this courtesy was ignored as well. Our small business provided a service in good faith. Because our business does not operate in bad faith, we paid our employees who were on temporary assignments here at Saunders & Associates out of our own pocket, regardless of Vasili's and Gary's unwillingness to pay the weekly invoices. Bad businesses will operate in bad faith, whereas, good businesses will learn and move on. We learned our lesson in trusting Vasili and Gary to uphold their end of our binding contract. Our hope is that this does not happen to anyone else.
