This attorney is lack of integrity. Do not pay until your case is starting. He did nothing but trick you to pay. Try to scam us money and will not give us money back. Saying no free consultation while clearly free 1st consultation stated so but still charge you. Saying whatever you paid is non refundable while there is no such thing in the contract. He looks honest but I am telling you to not get fooled by him. He has great review on yelp because he can pay to remove the bad review. But not google. Read this before shopping around. His price is little lower but you pay more by find another attorney because he did nothing.

Dan was great to work with on the completion of my Trust. I feel confident that he will be able to work with my children when the time is needed.

Our son and his wife referred Daniel Finn to my wife and I. Daniel had completed a Living Trust for them and my son was very impressed by Daniel. At our first meeting, I was very impressed by Daniel’s professionalism and communication skills. He took the time to completely explain the importance and the process of creating a Living Trust. My wife and I had very little knowledge about Trusts prior to our meeting with Daniel. Daniel explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all our questions completely and and made sure we understood before moving on. I never felt rushed or belittled, as I have with other attorneys. The more we spoke with Daniel, the more it was obvious that Daniel was truly a nice person that cared about helping us. By the end of our first meeting, we had no doubt that we were going to hire Daniel to complete our Trust. The final product was outstanding and complete. The notebook he gave us was very thorough. However, he didn’t just hand us the Trust but again took the time to explain everything in the Trust. Again, his explanation wasn’t rushed, and he answered every one of our questions. We were very happy with our experience in working with Daniel and we highly recommend him for anyone looking for a nice guy that is an outstanding and professional Trust Attorney.

Robert will not waste his time negotiating pleas for you. He does his job as a zombie and lies about the hours he puts into your case (caught him doing this as he gave an absurd number then retracted). He has no interest in maintaining good faith practices, do not expect him to fight or even prepare for trial- He just wants to plea out.
