Called 3/22/22 for a consultation. Scheduled it for 3/23 330 PM. On 3/23 We received no call, 6 minutes later received an email she is running behind and will need to reschedule. Minutes after that she sends another email saying she won't be taking our case and she won't waste our time. We scheduled time off work for this consultation. If this case was not an option, maybe don't take the consultation appointment in the first place. During the initial call, we told her all about the case, not sure why this was not communicated. Wasted our time, got our hopes up and didn't even take the time to try to direct us in the right direction. No humanity
