I worked with this firm, with Erin Pallas Gray specifically, to negotiate my commercial lease. This was my first time signing a commercial lease and thanks to Erin, it was a smooth and streamlined process. I felt comfortable that I understood what I was signing, and she went to bat for me when I wanted additional concessions from the landlord. She kept the process moving, encouraging the landlord to respond in a timely matter, so the negotiations were not dragged out, and I was able to sign my lease in a reasonable time from start of negotiations to signing. I will be using this firm again for any legal needs I have related to franchising.
