Andrew was actually the second attorney I contacted for an IP issue that I was involved in. The first group I contacted wanted an unreasonably large retainer, were curt, and did not sound genuine or reassuring. Andrew was the exact opposite. He was friendly, genuine, and patient in walking me through the different steps we could take to deal with the problem. He was able to get the issue taken care of efficiently and within budget! I would 100% recommend Andrew to anyone needing an IP attorney. What a top notch, genuine, and stand up guy.

Andrew was eager and excited to discuss and advise on my complex legal situation. While many other lawyers I had spoken to beforehand were too intimidated by the complexities or warned of immense legal fees and demanded eye-watering retainer fees, Andrew was direct and honest on what he thought the best legal pathways were and did his best to inform me on what might happen next. Having spoken to 20+ lawyers regarding my complex legals situation, Andrew stands out in several ways: 1. He's patient and non judgemental. I really wish this was more common in the legal profession as many other lawyers I spoke to were rather rude and condescending. 2. He's not out for high fees. Andrew laid out the pros and cons of several different pathways without pushing for one or simply agreeing with a legal pathway I thought might be best. Other lawyers and law firms were more than willing to enact certain legal strategies I suggested while immediately asking for higher retainer fees. 3. He's down to earth, and not out to intimidate. This contrasts with lawyers from other legal firms who seemed to enjoy talking about how difficult my situation was without actually focusing on what my best options were. I really appreciated Andrew's help and will definitely consider him for legal advise in the future.

Andy patiently consulted me on a copyright infringement issue and went into more detail than I would have ever expected - or have gotten from other attorneys. He is exceptionally well-informed in the areas in which he practices. Most other attorneys I've spoken with thus far left me wanting, leaving me unsure about how to proceed or what to expect. But not Andy. He took the time to explain a variety of scenarios, including providing abundant insights into how the case might go forward and what I might expect in the case of litigation. Although this was a consultation, I came away from it knowing that if I need to engage an attorney, he would be the one. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

I've known Andy for a while through conferences and other various military community meetups. I had a few questions from time to time and Andy was overly generous with his time. When I finally had a few requirements (mostly IP-related) Andy knocked them out of the park. I've gone on to refer him multiple times. 10 out of 10.

I was referred to Andy by my sister who worked with him for her trademarks. I needed contract/agreement and while Andy didn't do the draft on those, he was in contact with me before/after the process. The communication with Andy and the firm itself was straightforward and honest to say the least. I've always been wary of lawyers and their "hours" but I was constantly updated of the time spent working on my file and it actually seemed reasonable. At the end when some things fell though on my end, they didn't give me any hassles about remaining retainers either. If you're like me and hesitant about lawyers due to horror stories about billing, rest assured these giys are not like that at all.
