The entire process from start to finish was very professional. Flavia, Jovana, and the entire team are amazing to work with. We consulted other lawyers, but after my initial video call with Flavia, I knew she was the right (and best) person to work with. She's truly passionate about what she does. The whole process is very nerve-wracking, but they made it very easy. I felt like they all really cared about our case. They are worth every penny! I used the service of Santos Lloyd Law Firm to convert my E2 visa to a green card through the EB1 process and got my green card issued a few days ago. I would say that overall everything went really smoothly and even if sometimes we went through different little hiccups, they always have been very professional and accountable for any mistakes made to fix those. This is very rare in today's world and I really appreciate it. I will definitely use their service when naturalization time comes. Congrats to the whole team for a job well done!

I have recently approved the E11 VISA | | Green Card Holder (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) The process was conducted by the Santos Lloyd Law Firm, from the beginning the entire team was very dedicated to preparing the best "Case" to apply for the E11 VISA. I feel very happy to be able to leave here a record about the assistance that Santos Lloyd gave in our family green card process. Obtaining a Green Card is not an easy task, especially when it comes to an EB-2 where so much evidence is needed and requested. We had our process started by an office based in Washington and with branches in several other states, such as Florida and also outside the USA, such as Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, in addition to Dubai, Shanghai, etc... It was a disappointment. We even thought that our case would be denied due to so many problems that this office caused in my case and in the legal environment. After seeing that my petition had been made with gross errors, we met the Santos Lloyd office, first with Dr. Flavia, then we were assisted at each stage of the attempt to recover my case, by Lilian, then by Dr. Eduardo Mattos. My God!! We have no words to thank you for the care, attention and affection we receive from all these professionals. The result of all their efforts was the approval of our long-awaited Green Card. Meu primeiro contato com a Dra. Flávia ocorreu no segundo semestre de 2020, através de uma consulta virtual, na qual de forma muito profissional e eficiente, ela identificou o tipo de visto adequado ao meu perfil, que foi um EB2-NIW. E assim, a partir daquele momento começamos a preparar o meu processo. A qualidade do suporte oferecido pela própria Dra. Flávia e por sua equipe foi fundamental para que eu pudesse preparar e obter toda a documentação necessária. Sem exceção, os diversos colaboradores que me auxiliaram durante este percurso, foram muito mais do que competentes. Foram amigáveis e sempre dispostos em ajudar. E assim, em março de 2021 meu processo foi oficialmente iniciado junto à imigração. Em Junho de 2022 meu processo foi aprovado e em agosto do mesmo ano, em menos de 1 ano e meio, desde que tudo começou oficialmente, meu Green Card foi emitido.
