Kyle is a superstar and Flavia is an immigration leader of epic proportions, attracting the best talent out there! I am so grateful I found them both. Kyle who worked on my case is extremely intelligent, conscientious, knowledgeable, personable and with an unparalleled work ethic. I could not have worked with a better individual and believe me I tried. Oh boy, did I try... Let me be real. Unless you are a Nobel Laureate, do yourself a favor and hire the best in the business to properly communicate with the USICS (in a language then can understand!) who you are and why you can be an asset to this country. Do not assume (like I did) that your work speaks for itself or that most immigration legal advisors know what they are doing, or else - like myself - you may end up wasting a decade of your life and thousands of hours on busywork and dead-ends, following advice from clueless "experts", who can't tell the difference between a digital age professional and a mango. Kyle and Flavia were the only ones I found who were able to see right through me and my accomplishments and incentivize me to stay on my painstakingly curved path instead of either dropping me or try to change me because my case was too "unique" to take the risk. I mean, isn't that the whole point? I am so sick of all the cookie-cutter lawyers with their lists and bullet-points and one-size-fits-all nonsense. For crying out loud, we are people, not folder evidence. This is why Kyle is so awesome. He never once tried to make me forcefully fit into the criteria, instead he went the other way around. He took his time to study me and find how the available criteria can fit in the whole picture of who I am and what I have accomplished. Needless to say, it worked like a charm. Of course, it takes no less than a brilliant professional to do that and the world is not exactly teeming in those. There is only one Kyle, so I suggest you get in line. But if you are reading this, you are already half way there. I wish I had done that sooner, to save myself all the unnecessary pain and suffering. Regardless of any of that, I want to reiterate my gratitude for Kyle and Flavia so that it echoes eternally in the web. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for ending my nightmare and leading me into the promise land!
