I had got into 2 car accidents and Shaun was very helpful, professional and very responsive. Priscila also assisted in my cases and was there for me when I has any questions or concerns. This was my first time using legal help in these cases and using Roberts Law Firm was the right choice and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. They definitely took care of me.

Shaun and his firm are the best! After multiple cases worked with him and his firm we have been nothing but satisfied. They are all friendly, effective and honestly feel like real people! Frances is by far the best and nicest lawyer, to the point where we have actually hired her twice! She was so sweet and helpful and honest! Her assistant Pam was also very helpful and would respond within minutes to any text message or phone call I would leave. Frances really did our family a huge win because my husband was facing a 3 year prison sentence and Frances ended up getting him 2 weeks of county jail and one year probation !!! :) That is such a win, and major difference in time!!! We also hired Frances once before about two years ago where she helped us out once more with a huge win with also zero jail time back then... She really does care about her clients and is one of the hardest working people I have met! She is a very busy woman, which as everyone knows a busy lawyer is a great lawyer, but she will do everything she can to help a struggling family or person in need! I felt bad because I would call almost everyday or send her a text almost everyday for any kind of update, but she always responded back to me even when I felt like I was probably annoying! Lol We couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer and as much as I hope we “won’t” have to hire her again haha we would if we found ourselves in legal trouble again! :) highly recommend her and her wonderful team!!

100% Recommend! Jeff Roberts was extremely helpful to me in my time of need. Two years ago, my 2016 Volkswagen Jetta was stolen while being repaired, and no one was able to help me. My insurance turned me away, the police were unable to retrieve it, another attorney told me tough luck, I even turned to the news for help. Finally, I went to the Veterans Legal Institute, a group of pro bono lawyers that help veterans like me fight for their rights, and they helped me find some one who was willing to fight for me. Best attorney I've ever had. Michael Jeandron not only was my attorney but was my friend throughout the whole case. I was in a very awful motorcycle accident while in the Marine Corps which I nearly got medically separated from the corps that I have faithfully served 8 years at the time. The Navy JAG refused to help me since the fault party was another federal employee via a government vehicle. If it wasn't for him I would have dealt with my very expensive surgery and year recovery on my own. This incident left me 2 years of not being able to physically work and really put a strain on my marriage. Thank god I had Michael on my side. I have spoken to Frances over the phone for a consultation, and she LITERALLY went above and beyond!!!! I have never met her or spoke to her prior to our conversation over the phone, but she went into detail and looked up my past record immediately. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes and I felt as if she was already my personal lawyer. I have spoken to so many lawyers in the past and she was the first one to give me detailed information and REAL/TRUE advice.
