Brittany was instrimental in helping me through a difficult time and she stands up for her clients with the utmost professional demeanor. I was in awe of how she handled situations and personalities that would have triggered many. But she rises above and teaches how to handle situations with grace and dignity. I spent about 3 full days emailing and talking to lawyers, trying to find the best possible lawyer who really understood what we needed. My boyfriend was fighting for custody/visitation of his 3 beautiful children from his ex-wife, as well as fighting and extremely fabricated DV. His ex-wife had hired a lawyer and was doing everything humanly possible to ripe whatever right he had as a father away, and fast. What made it all worse, was we lived in Arizona and not California where this was all taking place! It was so hard to gage who I was talking to over a phone conversation. I had talked to 20+ lawyers, and then it came down to 3. But then one didn't respond anymore, the other didn't want to start working on our case because it was a 4 day, holiday weekend, and then there was Core Law. They immediately starting working with us. We talked to Simon in the beginning, but then he handed us over to someone he felt was a much better fit for us. Brittany VanVeen! Our literal angel! This woman worked with us endlessly! We asked a million and seven questions, sent her new emails at least 10 times a day , and even had her responding on sick day. She never failed to make us feel as at ease and possible. She fought hard and had facts we didn't even catch. My boyfriends ex-wife's lawyer could NOT KEEP UP! So much so he was coughing and sweating in front of the judge! For someone who had "Years of experience", Brittany made him look like he just read a law book! She got the DV withdrawal day of by the other lawyer, that would of affected myself and my boyfriend. And as far as our custody case Brittany got us more than what my boyfriend and I could have ever imagined. WE ARE BEYOND THANKFUL for everything this woman has done. There are no words to explain the peace of mind she has given us. The ability to see these children grow, is PRICELESS. Had a very complicated divorce case. Brittany stood by my side, she was there every time I needed any advice. She is very sharp, argued aggressively in the court, provided point by point rebuttal of any and all BS in an impressive way. She was my legal shield in year and half long legal battle. Brittany worked on my case involving DVRO in Family court. The whole ordeal was tremendously painful and unexpected for me. I had a strong case but a lot to lose. I am glad to say that she and the other attorneys associated were able to assemble a great defense and get the opposing party to stipulate to an amicable resolution. I can only highly recommend them sincerely.

Brittany is a brilliant attorney and a truly kind, caring human being. At our first meeting, I knew she was exactly what I needed in such an overwhelming and emotional time. Her knowledgeable guidance and quality work was absolutely invaluable. She spent as much time with me as I needed, explaining every aspect of my case to make sure I understood exactly where we were in the process. Although she is younger than my spouse’s attorney, she was not only fearless about arguing for my rights, her knowledge of the law is amazing and she had to correct him on the law repeatedly. She is a great asset in this complex world. I can NOT recommend her enough.

Brittany works for Core Law Group. Simon passed me to her after I retained them. Brittany is very friendly and genuinely cares, however she is inexperienced. I feel like she used Simon's advice too much when instead she should have used what she experienced in court. All of Simon's decisions have been detrimental to my case. Also, she folds easily due to lack of experience. Her opening argument will be great and that is where it ends. She seems to struggle with countering the opposing counsel/judge and desires to maintain a positive image. Her logic is the positive image will prevail in court and the exact opposite has happened each and every time. It has been over two years and my divorce is still not over.
