I highly recommend Courtney Shepard for any family law matter. Prior to hearing Courtney, I had 3 prior attorneys, she turned my 4 year living hell into a glorious redemption. Courtney is a highly skilled family law and trial attorney. She is sharp, quick, a straight shooter, easy to work with and an absolute delight to watch in the courtroom. She lived up to every positive review I read.  If you want the very best outcome for your case choose Courtney Shepherd. I truly received more than I ever thought possible. My divorce was one of the highest conflict, ugliest, painful, evil divorces per 3 prior attorneys, that once in Courtney’s hands ended in a complete turn around and a positive outcome. Don’t let her petite size for you… Courtney is a force to be reckoned with. Although my divorce took longer than expected due to Covid…she made it all happen! My ex-husband had to go through three different attorneys because Courtney put up such a good fight! BEST IN OC!

I hired Courtney Shepard because I was told she would be a "Tiger" in the court for me. I really needed someone who could stand up for what was right with my divorce. Instead, I got a feeble attorney. Everytime we had a meeting, she was always jittery, biting her nails, always asking me the same questions. Most of the time she was not prepared. Courtney and her staff didn't keep me in the loop as to what was going on. They scheduled a deposition and didn't tell me about it. I had to constantly ask her & her staff to update me. If you are looking for an attorney who will fight for you, look elsewhere. DON'T hire Courtney Shepard!

She was up-front and honest with me about potential outcomes when we came to a major decision point. When I wanted something done, she and her team handled it quickly and professionally. I could feel at peace knowing that Courtney and her team understood my case and situation well-enough to allow the best possible outcome. In fact, they were able to negotiate settlement terms that one of my previous attorneys told me that I had "zero chance of getting". My narcissistic ex laughed when he saw her but what she may be lacking in stature she more than makes up for in skill and tenacity. She was an excellent advocate for my daughter and me & my ex was no match. Finally hired her after 5 years of being dragged back to court over and over - she ended it and in my favor tenfold.

Courtney may be small in stature, but she is a giant in knowledge and tenacity. I'd like to start of saying that Courtney handled two separate cases for me over the years, and delivered on all promises and then some.
