I have had the pleasure of working with Craig numerous times over the past few years. Craig was instrumental in the creation and continued development of a 501c3 organization that I have volunteered at for the past 3 years, providing invaluable insight into best practices and helping us to avoid legal issues that consistently impact less informed non-profit organizations. His willingless to work both after-hours and on weekends to support the charity prove that he is both completely dedicated to his work and has a caring heart that is tough to find in a lawyer. Craig was also hired by the for-profit company I am currently employed at, where his expertise in mergers & acquisitions allowed our company to make difficult decisions around complex financial scenarios that impacted the future of our company for the better. Craig has been a loyal and trusted advisor to several companies I have been the President or CEO. Most recently Craig advised Neudesic and Everypenny LLC how to manage and succeed in complex finaciang and M and A activities. Craigs approach allowed us to navigate complex finacial optins with confidence. He also brought other Jones Day laywers in to advise us on matters he was not the expert. In this capacity he served as the questerback of resources and was very eefective as the leader and kept an eye on managing hours.
