I was in a car accident a few years ago and was sued for $27.6 million dollars. It was a very unfortunate situation to be in, but I am grateful for Andrew and his colleague Christopher Weiserski's representation at my trial. Andrew was the second chair at my trial and although he is just starting his career; his maturity, professionalism and knowledge already exceed many people far beyond his age. The entire team at Weiserski and Zurich worked very hard and I would like to commend everyone at that firm including Jason Beddendorf, but I spent the most amount of time speaking and actually getting to know Andrew rather well. As you would expect for someone being sued for $27.6 MM, I was going through a really rough patch both physically and mentally. I really appreciated Andrew's compassion as he would take the time to go out of his way and pick me up from my hotel, take me to the trial, sit with me at lunch and even sometimes offer me dinner before he would return to the office after being in court all day. Sitting and speaking with Andrew for two weeks, I observed signs of an indicator that I strongly believe correlates with individuals that have accomplished exemplary careers, compassion. Andrew displayed genuine concern about the outcome of this trial and his dedication surfaced through the amount of hard work he put into the trial. I gave him 5 stars for each metric this website requests, here's why: Trustworthy - Unfortunately I had and still have a general predisposed opinion of attorneys. There are many professions which trust is of concern and being an attorney is one of them. After getting to know Andrew and hearing random stories about himself while sitting in the car or watching him step aside for an old lady to pass by in the cafeteria I judged him to be a genuine good guy with altruistic intentions. Responsive - After introduction with Andrew via telephone, I was given his cell phone number. He picked up 90% of the time and if not, would return my phone calls in less than a few hours. This is very important when something of great concern is burdening your mind. Knowledgeable - A lot of my questions were random, obscure or more in depth than any laymen needed to know. Andrew answered most of my questions and if he didn't know the answer he didn't just wing it, he would respond by letting me know he didn't know the answer and would get back to me. He answered every question I asked without any sidetracking. Kept me informed - He kept me informed. Overall Rating - Andrew received 5 stars because he did an excellent job.
