My husband and I got into some trouble and Elisa has gone above and beyond to help us! She is professional, thorough and fabulous at what she does! Being an innocent young man who was in the wrong place at the wrong time and dealing with the law can be very frightening when all you're trying to do is become a better person day by day. In my current situation that I was facing, hiring Elisa to be in my corner every step of the way has been the most uprising experience and easy to bare with knowing that the grass was going to be greener on the other side. Ed is amazing. He was on top of everything through out the process. He met with us in person even though a phone call would’ve suffice, just to give us hope and peace of mind. I think when times were dark, him going out of his way even though there’s nothing more to do except to wait, meant a lot. He’s not the typical 8 to 5 lawyer. He is available 7 days a week and even met us the first night after hours (even before fees / retainer was discussed).

It was ironic how i met my current attorney, Mr. Ed Welbourn. I visited my previous attorney’s old office to follow up on my misdemeanor case who I found out had retired several months prior to my visit. As the result, I was introduced to Ed who happen to be available in the office. He greeted me to his office, we discussed my frustration with my case and struggle I had experienced with probation department who made my life nightmarish for months. It’s no exaggeration to say he looked up my case, reviewed it, researched applicable sources and within thirty (30) minutes he found the flaw in my case and explained how to get county probation office off my back and allowed me to have normalcy and peace back in my life which I will be grateful to him for rest of my life. Today, with Ed’s assistance we were able to expunge my nine (9) year misdemeanor case for good. I find Ed as personable, caring, knowledgeable and professional attorney who knows how to get results.
