Dixon was such a huge help when dealing with our accident. He was on top of everything and did whatever he could to finally help us settle our accident. I feel we got a great compensation over an accident that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I’m also happy that we were able to get help to go see a doctor during this ordeal too that Dixon and his team were able to set up. If you’re ever in an accident go to this law firm and ask for Dixon.

Not a good experience. My child was hit in an auto pedestrian accident roughly 2 years ago. She has permanent scars and is very anxious and apprehensive about crossing the street or walking through parking lots when cars are driving around. She was seeing a doctor virtually who was either late to appointments or didn't show at all. This doctor reported back to the attorney that my daughter isn't suffering anything from this accident despite the issues I've just mentioned. I believe the doctor is looking for something more "serious" rather than treating her for the PTSD she is so obviously experiencing and that my daughter and myself have clearly reported to her. My child was accused of using drugs and I was spoken to very aggressively regarding this unfounded report by the doctor. It has been months since we have even spoken to the doctor herself. Very turned off by these people and this process. I wish I would've used a different law firm. I believe this case is a complete loss and my child will not receive the compensation she deserves for the scarring or trauma caused by the accident. Extremely unfortunate.

Was hit by another car turning across 4 lanes of hwy. Totaled my veh. Was retailed at 18k. These guys got me 14k.. both us in hosp. Told wife go to chiropractor. Then deducted charges on our claim for every visit. Asked numerous times to speak to actual lawyer, never happened. Wife lost work, med bills, serious bruising injuries. She got 3k. I got half that. Then they tell me if we went to court we'd be paying more than receiving. Lousy, office guys negotiating our claim.. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!! Youll be sorry you did. Stick to local, experienced, dedicated, legal. Word.

September 10th 2022 I was in Luling Texas sitting at a stoplight and a drunk driver doing at least 60 come across the intersection dodge another car and hit me head on in my 89 Chevy Silverado truck that I was planning to give to my grandson for a graduation present/birthday present. And the lady never apologized for hitting me . I was referred to the Ledger Law Firm and they went into action just that quick and got me set up with a chiropractor got me medication that I needed totally kept me informed. I would like to thank my attorney Rich Hyde for all the work and time he took to help me. BEWARE! Crooks. 100%Not at fault, rear-ended by an unlicensed, uninsured driver, who was using someone else's vehicle. Evidently my case isn't worth anything because I'm poor and didn't have any out-of-pocket medical expenses because I am on medi-cal. I am also a life long sufferer of mental health issues and when they found that out (a family member had P.O.A. over me at the time, the completely changed how they interacted with me and proceeded forward. They basically stopped contacting us and went from 'Oh this is at least a $50k case' to it's suddenly not worth $5k. To make matters worse they drug it out so long I wasn't even eligible to change my legal representation or go back to court My back and shoulders are messed up for life and made it so I can no longer work my career or enjoy certain activities with my children....not to mention all of the missed work days that they wouldn't even bother trying to account for. $1,200 for having my life ruined. Thanks for nothing!!
