Very few attorneys can command the kind of respect that Mr. Welbourn garners in the Court. As a young attorney with a burgeoning criminal defense practice, I am acutely aware of those who have been practicing in the same court room for decades before my start. Mr. Welbourn is not intimidating, cold or pretentious... characteristics that are all too familiar for most attorneys in the Southern California Courtroom.
