We were very fortunate doing our immigration process with Santos Lloyd office. Since day 1 they treated very well and for us as Brazilians, having some Portuguese speakers among the staff was very nice. We went through an adjustment of status from student visa (F1) to EB3 (Green Card through a job offer) for me and 4 dependents, my wife and 3 kids. We'd like to thank all the staff, but with special thanks to Flavia Lloyd who was very attentive, Lilian Pessoa, who helpd us a lot with the first steps, Sara Garcia who took care of a large portion of the process and Nathielle Rosa who took care of the final part of our process.
