Bisnar Chase was exceptional for me. Geico wanted to give me only 10K for my car accident and that barely covered my medical bills but Tom Antunovich was able to secure over 110K! I was also really impressed with my case manager Marta through the entire process.

Great people in this office, everyone was really helpful explaining everything. I was referred by my aunt for my car accident in October and the case went pretty fast. No problems and very professional. I was kept in the loop thru the whole process and was able to get a better settlement than my insurance company said I would. I cant really compare them to other law firms because it was the first time I had to use an attorney, but my bad experience with the car accident was handled as good as I could have hoped.

I have worked with Bisnar Chase for over 8 years and I am still so impressed with how they treat not only their clients, but vendors, associates and local organizations. I’ve been involved in their Giving Program and they have supplied thousands of local residents with backpacks, canned goods and clothing. This company is awesome, they're there for you when you need them. I've been with them for the last 2 and a half years, and they have been nothing but the best. I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with this law firm. It’s always scary to put trust in someone after you’ve been injured but Bisnar Chase was always compassionate and supportive. Communication is key especially when you are dealing with the aftermath of an accident and recovery. I would definitely refer them to my family or friends.

First, let me say this review starts with the confusing fee structure, but in the end it is about a really unprofessional and demeaning attorney named Gavin Long at this law office. I was referred by a friend who said he had a good experience with Marta. I spoke with Marta yesterday about my wife being rear ended by a Los Angeles city driver/ truck. Marta was friendly enough and she went over many of the basics. It felt comfortable. She stated that the fee was a flat 33.3% of the settlement and that the portion involving the car damage itself would be handled outside of this, so the 33.3% would not involve the car costs. I asked her to send me the paperwork. I read it over. There was a lot of wording that appeared to contradict the flat 33.3. I looked at reviews on Yelp and saw one from an attorney in Newport Beach. She warned of monthly fees and other costs which were collected at the end off the top of the settlement. I asked to speak with an attorney. Gavin gave me a call. I told Gavin that I wanted to understand the fees because they were not spelled out. He started out by telling me that Marta was wrong and that the fee was actually 40% because this involved the City of Los Angeles and that they would immediately be "going to battle". If this is is the case, it is concerning to think that there was already an error made (they knew from the start Los Angeles was involved). From there Gavin listed various fees which could be included. I asked specifically about the monthly fee. He acknowledged but continued to justify it in a way that was condescending. I told him that i would read through the paperwork again to see if it was clearly spelled out because it didn't seem clear when I had read it prior. GAVIN LONG laughed as he stated that they had been using the same working since the 70's. Was that relevant? Why the laugh? Anyway, I said maybe we had gotten off on the wrong foot since he laughed; I actually kind of apologized and explained that I wasn't trying to be difficult, but i must have come across wrong because he laughed in response. Gavin got louder and said he guessed we did. Marta seems like a good person. Maybe the fees could have been made comfortable. We are going through a lot. This isn't the time to come across with such arrogance. Gavin is an attorney; I get it. We all handle things differently. Gavin deals with a lot of clients and apparently has a lot of success. That's great. Gavin came across as someone who thinks VERY highly of himself. Mistakes (like going from 33.3 to 40%) can happen. That's significant, but what is a deal killer is being talked down to by GAVIN LONG.

I am very happy where I work. I was hired to work with the amazing Bisnar Chase team in 2015. Time flies when you’re doing what you love. The work environment is positive, and I love working with a team that brings it all together.

I have been working with the team at Bisnar Chase for some time now and I have never worked in a more positive and encouraging environment. The whole team from the front desk to the trial lawyers are some of the most supportive people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Hands down, an environment that treats their clients and team members excellent.
