Jesse and his team went above and beyond and didn’t let the workers compensation walk on me they made sure they got them to accept liability for my injuries. I contacted Jesse Malendrez for guidance since I had been treated badly by my employer and the at the clinic my employer sent me too. I was treated as if I was not injured and was demoted. I had a workplace injury, a common theme with the workload I had and about 8 months of being injured with few doctor appointments and a set number of PT that ran out the first three weeks, I was sent to do another job and flat out ignored as it caused me sharp pain and no one was willing to listen and change my work limits in a timely manner. If I left, I’d be blamed. If I kept working at their rate, my injury would get worse so I turned to Jesse who’d been recommended and for good reason. He was quickly reaching out, getting into contact with those that had been ignoring me and I received better attention and care though if I’d sought his help sooner, might’ve gotten better doctors. Even if I couldn’t reach him directly, it was only a day or two before I’d hear back from him or the team who was equally useful and attentive. I’m not sure how well things ended since I wanted to finish it all and move on but there’s no doubt he was willing to fight and be heard where his clients are ignored. Very thankful he took my case and managed a settlement!

I was very pleased with the way Jesse Melendrez represented me in my worker’s compensation case. I was previously represented by PLBSH Law Offices of Perona Langer Beck Serbian and Harrison attorney who did not do anything for me and caused so much frustration and major delays. Mr. Melendrez helped close a very difficult case where the insurance company threw many obstacles to prevent and deny my pay and treatment.
