Jessi was my personal injury attorney for a car accident I was in early this year. As this was my first accident that resulted in serious injuries, it was also my first experience with an attorney. Jessi was so knowledgeable and experienced. But since this was my first time interacting with an attorney of any kind, Jessi made the whole process as painless as possible. She explained terms and expectations of the personal injury process. She always followed up our meetings with an email, reviewing what we talked about as well as action steps She or I were to take. Jessi was professional but took care of us like we were family. I hope I never need her services again but if I ever do, she is the one person I'm calling. 10/10 recommend!!

Jessica is the pit bull you need on your corner!! She is fierce in her pursuit of getting you what you deserve, and she's gonna do it with all heart! She fought to make sure my son was taken care of while the case while the case settled, and did not rest until the insurance paid as much as they should. She treated my son like he was her own family! Originally, she helped a friend of mine, and just weeks after she connected with my friend, we had to reach out to her for my kid. I hope we never have to call her for another case, but it's good to know that we can count on her if we ever need it! I will forever recommend her and her team!

Castro & Company is hands down the best. I was involved in a pretty bad accident in July 2022. I was driving a Toyota Corolla and was rear-ended by a commercial truck. I really could have died. My parents found Jessica and she and Veronica were awesome. They worked with me and my family to make sure I got the treatment I needed and helped me even with little things like parking tickets and traffic school. Jessica was always responsive, great at telling me the next steps and what to expect. I received more than I expected in my settlement and I am really happy with the money I got. I even have a friend who also got in an accident around the same time and he never gets to speak with his attorney and his case still hasn’t settled. I feel really lucky to have found Jessica and her team and highly recommend her to anyone!

I first want to thank Jessica Lynn Castro for taking my case on, without her professional expertise I would not be where I am today so thank you so very much for helping me. I was in a horrible accident 2year ago in a rental and the insurance I got/paid for wasn’t going to cover the damages of the rental so the rental company was asking me personally for the amount due, and my personal insurance wasn’t going to cover it. It was not looking good for me. BUT because of Ms. Castro and her knowledge of laws and situations she was able to reverse everything and get me back on track with the companies owning up to their insurance policies and paying for the damages. Hands down, an amazing attorney! Jessica was previously with El Dabe Ritter Trial Lawyers in DTLA and handled my 2017 case. She was a rockstar then, and is a rockstar now on her own. In 2017 I was rear-ended in LA and had a few injections for my injuries. In 2021 I had the worst luck. I had a woman make a crazy left turn out of a gas station (trying to cross double yellows, smh) and cut directly in front of me! I hit her with my white Jaguar SUV. SEVEN DAYS LATER I WAS REAR-ENDED on the freeway by a blue Subaru. See the photos I attached. This rear-end made my first 2021 accident much worse. It was an absolute nightmare. Treatment took a long time but Jessica and her team managed it amazingly. They were able to get me great doctors with fast appointments. With her expert guidance, I was able to make a full recovery. Things got complicated because both accident defendant insurance companies were blaming each other for my injuries, especially the second one, State Farm. Ultimately, Jessica had to figure out a way to apportion and separate my accidents, file a lawsuit, and get mine and my boyfriend’s cases settled! And wow did she! She was able to get me over 6x my medical bills with some medical payments magic and then some! She went far beyond my expectations. Jessica is patient and a great communicator. She is easygoing and actually gives her clients her personal number to text her anytime. She took the time to take my many calls for guidance, as well as even meet with me and my family by Zoom to understand the litigation process and arguments defense was making. She also helped me with finances over the last two years when money was tight. Jessica was also able to reduce my medical bills by 76% to get my settlement net even higher than she promised! When our cases wrapped up, she even offered to take my boyfriend and I out to dinner/happy hour to give us our checks and celebrate. I would highly recommend Jessica and her firm! Having grown up in a family of Ivy League attorneys and law professors I feel like I have at least a fair bit of insight into how great legal minds work. Not only is Jessica an absolutely BRILLIANT legal mind, but equally as important are her people skills, work ethic, and follow through. Often times the best attorneys have egos to match their skill which make them tedious to work with. What makes Jessica so unique is she has none of that hubris, but rather is a true people person who is genuinely motivated to serve her clients and make them feel safe and taken care of. Needless to say this is often under what would otherwise be very stressful circumstances. She has a razor- sharp intellect that immediately sizes up all of the various potential angles of your case and formulates a game plan for every possible contingency. She also is extraordinary at answering all your questions and concerns very promptly which is quite rare in my experience. First and foremost Jess is such a delight to speak and deal with. She is honest and probably one of the most transparent ppl I’ve ever met in my life. She understands her responsibilities and job as a lawyer however still has compassion and empathy. She is very hands on and genuinely cares for your overall well being not just winning the case. For example anytime I was traveling out of state and my injury flared up she would immediately contact my doctor and get him to send meds over to where I was at so I could have pain relief. What other lawyer does that ? When I first contacted Jess I was convinced my injury wouldn’t last and all I needed was temporary treatment…. Boy was I wrong! My injury ended up being serious and so much more complex then I thought but it was okay because Jess made sure that I received as much treatment as I possible could. My case went on for two years and Jess never got frustrated instead she held my hand through the entire process.
