When I had questions they answered them. When I had concerns they also took the time to listen and then answered me accordingly. They explained everything with detail. I was in a motorcycle accident and they did the most to help me. You can trust this law firm to help you with your accident.

I was in a terrible car accident in 2021, rear ended in a multiple car accident caused by a Trucking Company. My life changed when I was suddenly hit from behind while stopped at a red light in Oceanside. I was on my way to my new job as a hairstylist at a salon I could really see myself grow in my career. I bought my car brand new only two months prior and was feeling the best in my life and things were looking up. I had just moved to Oceanside for this career move and was still in the process of moving. This tragic accident totaled my new car and completely wrecked my body, especially my neck and head. This resulted in me not continuing to do hair, for the pain was too much to handle. I fell into a deep depression having to go through a long recovery. I had signed a contract with Sargent Law Firm in Oceanside who completely failed to communicate with me through this process I had never been through before. I called Russell and Lazarus Personal Injury Trail Attorneys for help because a friend of mine said they heard they were the best. Marc Lazarus spoke with me on the phone promising they would take on my case and deal with taking over the discontinuation of any further action from Sargent Law Firm on my behalf. I am so grateful I made that decision at that time in my recovery. They assured me that I needed to just focus on healing and they will handle the rest. I followed their instructions to continue getting the care I needed for a very long journey of three years in total (which I was warned of that possibility). Eric Wilson and his case manager took over my case at the two year mark. Andrea Workman is incredible at communicating on Eric Wilson's behalf and always responded to my concerns and questions throughout the emotional process. When it came time to send the demand to Trucking Company who caused this horrible and traumatic accident, Eric Wilson was a straight shooter and went to bat for me. I listened to him and knew I was in good hands in deciding the demand was the right number to get us through without having to go to trial, which otherwise would have caused more emotional distress. Trucking Company did ultimately settle at a number we felt was great especially considering I did not need surgery. It's a number that is life changing. I cannot thank Eric Wilson and Andrea Workman (and team) enough for getting me through to the end. I am forever grateful they had my back and fought hard for me in the most challenging time of my life. On December 10, 2020, I was involved in an accident which resulted in a broken shoulder. The accident resulted in a couple of weeks off work, a month or more of recovery, and months of physical therapy. The accident was covered by Workman’s Comp, which complicated it somewhat. I found one firm initially who did not help, and so I used Handle on the Law to find a firm and was pleased with the information provided about Russell & Lazarus. I contacted them and was surprised about their very pro-active involvement. Instead of my having to call them every couple of months, they contacted me regularly and kept me abreast of the case. Everyone on the team, (Andrea Workman and Eric Wilson, along with a whole case of supporting people) stayed in touch and gave me advise. We had two depositions, one for their case and one for the Worker’s Compensation case, for which Eric provided advice and participated in, providing missing information. The Deposition with Eric was amazing. Watching how it worked was amazing. In the end Eric knew exactly how far he could push the defendants and he pushed. I expected a net settlement of $30,000 (again my own calculations). I was completely shocked when he called me and told me the net would be around $40,000. Then the final check came in the amount of $45,000. I had been ready to settle on the advice of the first law firm for $20,000. I can think of 25,000 reasons to celebrate Handle on the Law, Russell & Lazarus, Eric Wilson, and Andrea Workman.

Please take a second of your time to read this comment. I had a really bad slip and fall and I started with another attorney. I eventually didn't like how they seemed I experienced and didn't have any soul or drive with my case. I found russel and Lazarus and since the beginning when I told them about my case It felt like I was talking to a family member! They were so caring and passionate. My assigned attorney has never fought harder for me to get everything I deserved from this horrible fall. It was a whole team coming together to get me the best solution. They kept me involved 100% the entire time and was readily available to take my call if I had questions or would call me back the same day with answers. My particular case took a couple years to resolve but my attorneys never stopped bringing down the hammer. I am so grateful for them they listened to what I wanted and help me make an educated action with each step. I highly recommend them they don't make a move without you being involved and want your opinion and they take care of you like family. So grateful for this law firm it made the process that was already traumatizing easier.
