I got rear ended & got hurt. I needed a lawyer & I found Higuera Law Office on yelp. So much good reviews so I decided to call. Everything you read is true. Mr. Higuera is great lawyer and a good person. He cares about the person and not just the case. He personally called to check on me. He even answered email that I sent to his assistant. His staff are great also. It was just a great experience considering the circumstances. I was very lucky to have found him.

We found Mr. Joe Higuera regarding a personal injury. My daughter was attacked by a dog and the insurance was dragging their feet! Joe was able to get the case settled in my daughters favor. Couldn't have asked for a better attorney! There is more, everytime i need legal advise Joe will take my calls and send me to an attorney that will be happy to take my case! He truly is the definition of a great Attorney! He cares about his clients.. he isn't particularly focused on just his money! He cares and shows it. Grateful to have Joe in my corner! I was the passenger in a car accident. My colleague and I were rear ended by a tow truck! All I did was meet Joe once at his office, spoke with him for about 15 minutes. His team gave me instructions and communicated with me on what steps to take for treatment. All I had to do was show up for my treatments and MRI. I barely lifted a finger during this whole process, and Joe and his team took care of everything. They are excellent at what they do, they only contact me when they really need to, they saved me time and they took care of all the paper work. I would recommend Joe and his team to all my friends and family.
