I was having the hardest time finding an attorney because I had a complex case fighting a large company in federal court. Joseph Aliberti was referred to me and he agreed to represent me when no one else would because they were scared to take on a large company. However, Joseph was not scared at all. He was ready to fight for me. Joseph wrapped up my case less than 6-7 months when I been trying to resolve this matter for 2 years. He’s very knowledgeable, dedicated, and very honest. He wasn’t the type of lawyer that try to rip you off in fees which I truly appreciated. I have a hard time trusting people, and I can say I trusted whatever he recommended or suggested. In the end everything was resolved, I am so happy to go on with my life and put this all behind me. He was a blessing. He’s an angel on earth.

Mr. Aliberti represented me in a civil lawsuit involving real estate property. The negotiations went on since August of 2021 to March 2023. Mr. Aliberti was able to get a settlement in February 2023. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the law. He was able to negotiate a settlement that was more than fair for the amount I would have to pay to the plaintiff. He went above and beyond with his handling of my case. He desires a rating of A plus. I’m sure that another attorney could have done any better. I would hire him again if needed. I just hope I don’t have to in the future because this was a very difficult lawsuit.

Joe was rude and arrogant. I'm new to litigation and was referred to him by my lawyers at Parker Stanbury which is part of my legalshield membership. I summarized the situation with the property line dispute, stated that I am writing a letter to my neighbor to try to resolve the dispute first and need a quote for how much he would charge to take on my case or to consult. He interrupted me before I could finish that it is a bad idea to put anything in writing it it's not a settlement negotiation because it can be used in court but didn't allow me to respond that it was at the advice of the Parker Stanbury lawyer. He kept interrupting me to state he will not act as a consultant as he has 28 years of experience and then declared that he is going to decline the referral as he seemed to think I wanted to represent myself. Thank goodness he was so obnoxious in the first phone call as I will never hire someone like that.

I hired Mr. Aliberti for a civil contract dispute. He is one of the worst attorneys I've ever hired. He consistently lacked confidence in his ability to handle the case. He didn't develop a strategy to win. My case, while it may have been a difficult one, good attorneys--just decent attorneys focus solutions and a way to win. He literally removed himself from my case while fully paid, and wouldn't even stay on for a few days to allow me to hire another attorney. He literally left me standing on the "court house steps" unrepresented. When he figured he was out lawyered by opposing counsel he was "out". Unbelievable!!

This attorney is SO rude! I had a friend call him after a few weeks after getting a referral from a company to him and he got mad at her for taking a couple of days to get back to him for personal reasons. He didn't even hear her out as to why she needed to take the time or anything like that he just rudely said "to not call again and to find another attorney". He is just a rude old man.

I asked him to review some documents for a real estate transaction. It involved working with trusts and he really didn't answer any of my questions. It only seemed like he was interested in having me have a whole set of documents written up by his office. I was not impressed nor trust his knowledge of the real estate field.
