The Meier Law Firm was recommended by my trust attorney. I had questions regarding a special needs trust. Josh has expertise in Elder and Trust law. It's so funny the first time I talked with Josh, I didn't realize he was the firm's co-founder (until after he left the conference room), because he's so unassuming. I must mention Jonathan (Josh's right hand) & Bonnie Johnson, they were also extremely knowledgeable and approachable. If Josh was busy, Jonathan answered or relayed questions as needed. Meier Law prides itself on making sure clients are "past of the family." I can attest that it's not just a phrase on the website. I've established a relationship with the firm and they'll adapt the trust as my needs change. Josh ended up crafting an Irrevocable Trust, for me, because it's best for my situation. I'm pleased that my trust attorney recommended Meier Law Firm. Best money I've spent. You can't put a price on peace of mind.

We met with Josh to set up our entire estate plan and he was very thorough and easy to talk to. He really broke things down into easy to understand parts. Josh and his entire team made the process so easy for us, and we feel about 10 pounds lighter knowing this very important item is checked off of our to-do list.
