While going through an extremely contentious divorce my now ex wife decided to sue me in civil court as well. My divorce attorney recommended Mr. Burgi and what a good day for me. Lets face it dealing with legal situations can be a scary, intimidating ordeal at best. Ken walked me through the process with great detail. Any questions I had (and there were many) he explained . His staff were both polite and professional at all times. The case he built was like watching a master craftsman. The attention to detail was amazing.. I would compare it to sitting for an exam and know that you reviewed every question. If your looking for some loud mouth guy that is going to scream and yell then Kenneth Burgi is not your guy. He is off the charts smart and creative. Cunning like a fox applies here. Not only did we not have to go to trial but when opposing council reviewed his work they did not even proceed with the summary judgement. To put it in a more succinct way - HE KICKED THEIR RESPECTIVE ASSES! If your legal needs fall within his sphere of expertise you absolutely must call this man.
