We had the pleasure of working with attorney Matthew Buttacavoli and his team on a case. He came highly recommended by a friend so we called him because we were working with another attorney who did not know his job and kept on dropping the ball, and eventually wanted us to settle the case when we knew we were being taken advantage of by the other party who brought on the lawsuit. From the time we met Matthew, we knew he was an intelligent/caring/honest/ethical attorney and a God fearing man. The case was very complicated but Matthew had an answer for every problem we encountered. After months of preparation, we went to trial and ended up winning the case by a landslide. We couldn't have done it without Matthew and his team. Everyone was always extremely helpful and Matthew was always on top of his game and never missed a beat on anything. We were so blessed to have Matthew as our attorney because if we would have stayed with the other attorney, things would have been very different in a BAD WAY. NOT ALL ATTORNEYS ARE EQUAL! Aditi Murillo was professional and efficient in helping settle my mediation case. I really appreciated her timeliness and responsiveness in getting me the information I needed to get the best outcome possible in my case. She listened to me carefully to help me get the specific outcomes I wanted, adjusting to my needs and personal preferences. I just signed a settlement case through a separate mediator attorney and retained Aditi as an “attorney coach” who helped guide me through the legal nuances of settling through mediation. This is a special process where the mediator is a non-biased party with the objective to get your case settled without retaining attorneys to negotiate on either side. The mediation process is often cheaper and sometimes more peaceful (it depends on your soon-to-be ex spouse because you have to engage in more direct contact with them, when tensions are high, to get through this process so the decision is individual). A mediator cannot advocate for you (they provide some legal input for reference but won’t help you if you make a bad deal for yourself) so you could negotiating yourself poorly if you don’t have all the facts. Aditi was awesome in coaching me through this process, giving me ways to bring things up in mediation that would make sense coming from someone like me without a law degrees. She helped me understand how the courts determine various matters if our case were to go to trial. All in all, I highly recommend her and I’m so grateful for her. I got a really good outcome that is going to help me start my new life. It was difficult to afford paying another attorney in addition to the mediator while I was struggling to pay bills, but she didn’t waste my time and was well worth the money!

I had a different attorney prior to signing with Minyard-Morris. I switched to Michael in early 2021 and immediately felt a difference. With opposing party having such a high conflict personality and engaging in constant lies, nonsensical requests and attacks, Michael’s calm but firm logic is exactly what was needed in and out of Court. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident in his approach. He also has a quick sense of humor which kept things light when it all felt so draining. Michael helped me to continue retaining sole legal and physical custody of my daughter after going through a long, expensive and unwarranted custody evaluation due to false claims of abuse by my ex. He also presents well in front of judges, as easy going but with sensible solutions and logic. That was extremely helpful and a 180 degree difference from the fiery, emotional and all over the place attacks from opposing counsel. I also had the pleasure of working closely with Leyla Tabatabaie beginning in the summer of 2022. She always brought a high level of professionalism and care to the case, even talking calls late in the evening from home.
