I highly recommend Flavia and her team! From the beginning, they were extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and professional, but also being human and being sensitive to the emotional ups and downs that the visa process entails. They were very efficient in gathering our documents and information and submitting as soon as possible, and were quick to send updates as soon as USCIS sent notifications.
