Há seis meses contratei os serviços da Dra. Flávia para dar entrada no processo de autorização de estudo (F1 e F2), já estando em USA, e extensões de vistos de turismo. Apesar de morar em San Francisco/CA e ela e sua equipe estarem em Irvine/CA, sempre foram extremamente atenciosos e profissionais, e a distância nunca foi um problema. Sua qualificação e influência é notória! Nos deixaram seguros e deram instruções precisas que resultaram nas aprovações em tempo recorde! Super recomendo os serviços! Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Santos lloyd law firm. During my case, they sent me prompt replies regarding any questions or updates on my case. Without them I would've not gotten my green card due to some complications regarding my age. Because they have a whole team of assistants and lawyers, there was always someone to inform me and do whatever was necessary to get my case approved. If you feel lost as I felt during my process or if you have a case in which looks to be hard to resolve with the USCIS you should contact them. I highly recommend Santos Lloyd Law Firm for any immigration needs. I recently used them to help my partner and I renew his green card. I wanted an experienced immigration law firm in Orange County and two friends of mine had recommended Santos Lloyd Law Firm to us. I've never been thrilled with lawyers but I was immediately comfortable when we met with lawyer Flavia Lloyd and her team. They were all extremely accommodating. We also felt like they really cared about our case. Each time either one of us called they were polite and courteous and answered our many millions of questions. The firm handled our case in a timely manner and dealt with immigration. They explained what was happening every step of the way. When my partner went to his immigration meeting I was happy to have someone there with him. Immigration, it turns out, is a very stressful process but Flavia always put our concerns at ease, was always pleasant, and her staff couldn't have been nicer. We were recently at a dinner party and I recommended Santos Lloyd to a young couple in the same boat as us. I highly recommend Santos Lloyd Law Firm to anyone looking for someone to hold their hand through what can be a daunting process.

Terrible customer service, a bunch of unprofessional individuals, double charging my bank account at times and having issues of getting my money refunded afterwards. Flavia Santos Lloyd dragged my case for more than a year, without having a good enough excuse for her unprofessional actions. Last time we spoke over the phone, she shouted at me and acted very disrespectful. If you need a real help with your Immigration Papers, there are Legal Aid offices that you can Google that are non-profit (Catholic Charities of Orange County - Immigration ) or (LACBA and Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles). These organizations will walk you through everything that you need and probably give you even more than $antos Lloyd firm. Be aware that having an attorney next to you on the interview with immigration officer does not mean that he or she will take a punch for you. After all, $antos Lloyd Law firm is like any other business, they are there to make money no friends. And the only reason their doors are open for business is because of their clients that they represent. God Bless !
