I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was with Randy Collins as my attorney. Despite claiming to be experienced in federal cases, he had never even tried a single one. He was dishonest, disrespectful, and arrogant, with no regard for me as his client. To make matters worse, he didn't spend any time on my case and was completely incompetent. I paid him thousands of dollars before charges were even filed, and it became clear that I had made a grave mistake. I had to hire another attorney to represent me, and if I had stayed with Randy Collins, I would have ended up in prison. Even after all of this, he refused to return any of my money and sent me a nonsensical bill for work he never did. If you are looking for an attorney who truly cares about his clients and has the experience and competence to back it up, do not hire Randy Collins. He is a complete disaster and will only cause you more trouble and stress in the long run.
