I patiently waited 7 years while my case was getting transferred around to different attorneys within another legal office in Los Angeles and not knowing why. Then it was transferred to the Law Office of Ted Wacker and Associates. At 1st I was nervous wondering what now, but as soon as Ted Wackers office received my case, and it got assigned to the Attorney Bobby Waltman, I could not believe how fast everything started to move forward. He was Extremely Professional and was very Personable and work Diligently on my case, keeping me updated from beginning to end. Within 3 1/2 months my case was in court. With Bobby Waltman representing me and Ted Wacker assisting, I felt so Proud having them as my attorneys and having an outcome with a positive result. What a Professional Team! I was rear ended on the freeway by a car traveling at high speed when I was stopped. After the accident I had a loud ringing in my ears and reported it to the insurance company when I reported the accident. I didn't want to be the person who immediately called an attorney, so I tried to be honest and deal with the other guys insurance company. His insurance company offered me $1700 and $1000 towards my medical bills for the next 30 days. I told them this injury was something I could possibly have for the rest of my life. I ended up being referred to Bobby Walkman and he took on my case. He worked with the insurance company to try and get them to increase their offer. They came up some, but not a lot. He continued to work towards getting a better result. He filed for a court date and had both myself and the other driver give depositions. I believe that was the turning point and his insurance company paid out the max of his policy, which was a small amount. From there he worked with my insurance company to get the maximum of my policy. My insurance company awarded me the maximum of my policy. It took a while, but at least we got a much better result than if I had just taken the offer from the insurance company or tried to negotiate with them myself. I would call him again if i was injured in an accident again,.

I have truly had an amazing experience working with Bobby Waltman. He offered full understanding, professionalism, and was with me through the whole process. It’s never an easy process to be injured but when you have Bobby Waltman fighting for you, he truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’ll be taken care of. Highly recommended!!!!

Best service ever Bobby Waltman went above and beyond for us the insurance we were dealing with did not want to pay for the damages in the beginning to our vehicle .Then they agreed to pay a certain amount which I was more than satisfied.
