Max was great, the process of setting up our trust was easy and he helped us along the way. My wife and I are glad that we have the piece of mind now knowing that if something were to happen to us our wishes would be fallowed and our children will be taken care of.

Max is personable and knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to work with him on preparing our Living Trust. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking assistance in preparing this sort of ducument.

If you think writing your name and wishes on a piece of paper is the right route for your estate plan, then you have to call Max. We were advised that this would be an acceptable route, however, Max informed us that we are still likely to have to go through probate, which could cost 5-10X as much as having Max take care of everything for us. He had a flat rate, which was great! It was nice to know exactly how much everything was going to be. Also, he provided a flow chart that easily explained how the trust would work so that it wasn't totally in legal jargon. Thanks Max for making things so easy!
