Poor lawyer to use. After almost 2 years of going through a settlement, we experienced a poor use of time, case management and all around misconduct of settlement. Don't trust them.

Scott was extremely helpful. I had never been involved in an accident before so I didnt know what to do. Having him on my side made me feel extremely confident that I was being taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone who has ever been in an accident and needs help on how to move forward.

My family hired Scott after an accident, he was always very clear in his explanation of the law in a way we understood. Always returned our calls and no question went unanswered. He even referred us with another attorneys to handle a different area of our case. He made sure our case was handled in the most professional manner. We had two other attorneys who didn’t do 25% of what Scott did. Each new development or issue was always explained and taken care of in our favor, which surpassed anything we expected because so many attorneys said certain things could not be done, but Scott always either resolved our issues, or made sure someone would take care of it... he always checked in and asked if we had questions and concerns, and made sure we clearly understood each step. We are extremely satisfied and he changed our views of attorneys in a positive way...
