I have a commercial painting company with 48 employees and at the time that I had the threat of an employee suing my company I sought out legal advice. Before my first encounter with Richard Rudolph I went to three different attorneys seeking advice and after they heard my situation each requested between $6,000-$7,000 dollars up front to proceed. I fortunately found Richard and when I went to my appointment, he sat down with me to review the issue and situation and said that this is a simple workers compensation case and their attorneys would represent me. At the end of our conversation when I inquired what I owed him to my relief he said nothing for this meeting since it was a workers compensation case.
