During a trying time for my family and I and because, of the complexity in business transactions these days we needed an attorney. My wife and I scoured the internet and asked everyone we knew for referrals. Finally, we decided to go with Mr. Burch based on a referral from a good friend and successful real estate entrepreneur. I could not be happier with this decision. Mr. Burch used his education and experience to help my family and I deal with an extremely stressful issue regarding our business. Travis expertly negotiated an agreement with a landlord who was refusing to negotiate with us directly. He crafted a reasonable agreement that was significantly better than we even anticipated and persisted for many months over all aspects of the case. Travis assisted me with a debt collection lawsuit against a San Francisco based publisher. As we are based in Hong Kong, having a proactive and responsive lawyer based in California and familiar with local laws was essential. Travis filled that role perfectly, gave very sound advice and walked us through the right steps and the process of negotiation. Questions were answered immediately and thoroughly either by e-mail or over the phone. Eventually we managed to get an out of court settlement.
