Was t-boned 30 seconds away from my house. Car was totaled and a hip broken. I was recommend K&M by a friend of mine and called them immediately. Mike and his paralegal Jennifer were wonderfully accommodating and understanding. They took what was on paper incredibly difficult circumstances and turned them around to be the most in my favor they could be, communication was also consistent and reassuring (special shout out to Radcliffe for me bothering him every week). Top notch attorneys, Over the past 6 or so months I had the pleasure of working with attorney Mike Stodolka. What a great guy; a real straight shooter. He explained the process thoroughly so there wasn’t any surprises and followed through with everything he said he would. As for my situation, I was rear ended on the freeway and left with 4 bulged disks in my back and in a lot of pain.
